Support St. James Gaels by attending our Race Night Fundraiser on Tuesday 18th October in Harolds Cross Greyhound Stadium
We would greatly appreciate any assistance you might give your club!

We are hoping for support in the following ways:

  1. Purchase of €10 admission tickets. Tickets must be bought from the club to allow the club to claim back of €8 from every ticket purchased.
  2. Purchase of €5 buster race draw tickets. This is like a raffle with 360 permutations or tickets. The winning ticket holder will win €400. Please assist by the sale of these tickets to friends and family.
  3. Premium package, €50. We are seeking 20 people to pay this amount to fund club costs for the night. You will receive 2 admission tickets and a buster draw ticket plus a mention for your family in our race programme advert should you so wish.
  4. We are particularly seeking business adverts for the race programme. Adverts would cost €60 for a half page or €100 for a full page, but rates are negotiable. Any team manager can supply you with a business letter and we would encourage you to approach any shop or business that might be amenable to such sponsorship.

To us your support allows the club to keep doing the following:

  1. Fielding two adult Gaelic football teams, a Ladies team, 3 girls teams and juvenile boys teams at Under 8, 10, 12, 13, 15 and Minor levels.
  2. In addition, for 5 to 8 year olds, we run our Gaels All-Stars Academy in the grounds of Drimnagh Castle school which introduces boys and girls to Gaelic football in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
  3. More importantly we feel we provide a positive outlet and experience for young people in our community.

To assist in any way, I can be contacted at 086 8476717 or on

It is your support that allows our club to continue to play a vital role in the local community. I very much look forward to hearing from you with regard to this important fundraiser.
