Club Notes 26th November

posted 27 Nov 2012, 12:16 by St. James Gaels
The club will once again be hosting the Annual John Humphrey Memorial Cup for U10s over the Christmas break. The cup is held in memory of Gaels player John Humphrey who died tragically a number of years ago. The event will take place in the Iveagh Grounds on the 29th and 30th December. Full fixtture list will be available on www.stjamesgaels.com shortly.

Two more dates for your diary. On Saturday 8th December, Santa will be visiting St. James Gaels after training which will be followed by our Juvenile Christmas Party. Then on the 12th December, we will be hosting our annual Awards Night where we recognice the achievements of all of our teams throughout the year. Both events take place in Iveagh Grounds.

Our club shop co-ordinator Kevin Dunne (085-2192276) informs me that he expects to hear from Santa shortly with orders for club gear and tracksuits.

As Christmas approaches, and many people get new phones - please donate your old one to the club and help Jack and Jill at the same time. The phones are recycled (regardless of condition) and the club gets a new set of jerseys once we reach 250 phones. We are past half way at the moment so please give your old phone to Eoin Darcy
